Diana Avila and Moira Reed were the teachers in one of the preschool classrooms. 110-300-0106(1)(3) - Diana started working on 10/10/22 and has not completed child care basics training or trainings required by 110-300-0106(4)(5) and (7). 110-300-0106(10) - Diana and Moira do not have documentation of Blood Borne Pathogens. 110-300-0106(11) - Diana and Moira do not have documentation of CPR and First Aid training. 110-300-0106(12) - Diana and Moira do not have documentation of Food Worker Card.
